All Garou receive the following benefits in Crinos form only based on their rank. These benefits are cumulative:

Cliath: All strikes deal at least Lethal Damage. Also, Strength related traits may be refreshed once per night. (as per Potence 1)
Fostern: Receive a retest on all Strength bases Challenges.
Adren: Can throw the Bomb of Strength based Challenges.
Athro: Gain an extra damage on all Brawling and Melee attacks.
Elder: Win all Ties in Strength Based Challenges.
