Willpower, Gnosis, and Rage Empty Willpower, Gnosis, and Rage

WILLPOWER
Willpower pools are refilled after each session, rather than the standard rate of one per session as stated in LotWr.
Willpower otherwise functions as stated in LotWr.
Willpower cannot usually be regained during session. However, there are certain powers, fetishes, and talens that allow a Garou to regain Willpower.

GNOSIS
Gnosis pools are refilled after each session, rather than maintaining their current quantity between sessions.
Gnosis cannot be spent in the same round as Rage except when a gift explicitly states otherwise. Actions that run off of Gnosis and Rage but do not require expenditures, such as shifting forms and stepping sideways, likewise cannot be done in the same round.
Gnosis can only be regained through the following means:
-Participating in the rite Sacred Hunt that occurs after a Moot Rite.
-Certain other rites, gifts, fetishes, talens, and totems.
-Spend 10 minutes out of game as you meditate on and renew your connections to Gaia. While this can be done anywhere (with the exceptions of Red Talons anywhere near civilization and Glass Walkers in the wilderness), doing so in a Caern always will work, although doing it in locations anathema to Garou may require longer meditation times, or come at a heavy cost, at ST discretion (perhaps meditating in a Blight wasn’t the best idea). Meditating in this manner to restore your Gnosis requires the character to have at least one dot in the ability Meditation. For every ten minutes spent meditating, mark off a dot of Meditation or a Mental Trait and regain a Gnosis, up to your permanent Gnosis.
You lose Gnosis for carrying Silver objects either on yourself or within your pack. (See Silver)
If you spend your last temporary Gnosis, if you are in the Umbra when it happens you are shunted into the Realm at the end of the round, taking the usual amount of time to step sideways. If you are already in the Realm when it occurs, you cannot enter the Umbra.
If you have zero temporary Gnosis, you cannot activate fetishes or talens, although if you spent your last Gnosis in the round in which you activate them you are fine.

RAGE
Rage pools are refilled after each session, rather than maintaining their current quantity between sessions.
Rage cannot be spent in the same round as Gnosis except when a gift explicitly states otherwise. Actions that run off of Rage and Gnosis but do not require expenditures, such as stepping sideways and shifting forms, likewise cannot be done in the same round.
You cannot spend more than half your Physical Traits in Rage in a single turn. This is specifically for Traits you possess, not bonuses to ties on challenges. For example, a garou with five physical traits wielding a sword that gives +3 traits cannot spend more than 3 Rage a round, not 4. However, a garou with three physical traits in Crinos could spend up to 6 Rage a round because Crinos actually grants traits, rather than merely giving a bonus.
Rage can only be regained through the following means:
-Certain other rites, gifts, fetishes, talens, and totems.
-Upon seeing the moon for the first time at night, a Garou will gain Rage, up to their Permanent Rage, based upon what phase the moon is in: 1 for the New Moon, 2 for Crescent Moon, 3 for Half Moon, 4 for Gibbous Moon, and 5 for Full Moon. In addition, if the moon sighted matches the auspice of the Garou viewing it, they instead completely fill their Rage pool rather than gaining a certain amount.
-Whenever a character fails a challenge in a particularly stressful situation, the Storyteller may permit them to gain a Rage reflecting their desperation. Similarly, any situation that would involve enormous anger or frustration may allow a character to gain Rage, at ST discretion.
Rage otherwise functions as per LotWr. This Rage is awarded after a successful Rage Test. (See Rage and Frenzy)

Unless a power or item EXPLICITLY states otherwise (such as the intermediate Red Talon gift Gorge), if your Temporary Rage, Gnosis, or Willpower is higher than your permanent Rage, Gnosis, or Willpower, any leftover vanishes at the end of a scene/hour. In cases where it is allowed to be higher, it is only allowed to be higher by the amount stated by the power (for example, Gorge allows 3 extra Traits, although remember the gift also states the extra Traits do not factor in for challenges).
