Outside Falling Waters (Canadian Side) 4/9/2012

It is late at night.

A pale and incredibly hairy man is walking along the park railing of the Canadian Falls. Over and over, for hours now.

He has a tee shirt on, and it would look like a band shirt, except it clearly has very large Garou glyphs across the front and back.

The glyphs read:

" Leach. Don't kill. Messenger. "

It's 2am now, the stranger continues pacing about, he seems grouchy.
