Renown for this month...

I have absolutely no idea how to fill out the renown form.  Did beating the Threshold gain us renown?  Did the collateral damage to the Wyld in Allegany cost us renown? 

I would assume that beating Wyld opponents can at least theoretically grant Renown, but it's not really made clear.

Any guidance the STs can give would be greatly appreciated.

This isn't an exhaustive list but... but consider things outside of the word "Wyrm"

Did you defend the Veil, the Litany, survive challenges and being Incapacitated, did you leap to the aid of others and heal them? The answers to all of these questions is "Absolutely maybe depending on who you were playing and what you did."

Put another way, imagine if this was a quest set to you by a spirit, or a Sept Wide Team building exercising and use the various renown charts to rate your and others success on the camping trip. Where they acting out of Auspice? Did they become a leader? Etc etc....

Be creative, we'll deal with our end of it.

Laughs when he reads a chart that has almost no glory gains unless the enemy is wyrmy....
let's see... own a klaive, tell a story (out of auspice) or die/nearly die... build a caern..... nope, no glory there.

The chart isn't exhaustive...  as charts go. Which seems to be where the conversation went. It is not exhaustive in general either. Which is to say if you had every conceivable chart WW printed regarding Werewolves there would be circumstances to earn renown beyond their examples.

Also I've seen something pop up a few times the +1/-1 Bone Gnawers get for interacting with humans, for renown purposes. So if helping a helpless human is +2/-1 for a... COG for example... it'd be +3/-2 for a Gnawer. Not sure what edition that's from though... but it seems interesting.

At the end of the day... you pitch what happened and put it in terms of renown, enter it either via the form or via the report, and then the spirits - ie; the STs - will use our discretion.
