So. Yeah. UBCon. What are we going to do about it?

We can offer our house for session . . . it's got a number of rooms for privacy, though perhaps the wrong "atmosphere". :-)

Well The Con has the Rooms On Campus Since I am taking time off for the Larp I can do Sunday Afternoon. Just shouldnt stay too late because some of you have to work Monday Morning and I wont have to work till Monday 11 PM.
That being Said I am open to doing this whenever other people can make it.

We can likely find room elsewhere on campus, though we should run through official channels with SARPA for that.

How's the weather look? Do we want to run outside?

I've been to Ed & Tammy's. It's definitely big enough, though likely a tad cramped if we get full attendance.

There's some others but I'm not thinking clearly at the moment.

Why not hold it sat. March 30th count it as Aprils game. Skip April with the con and all. May we have 2 events with goblin market and our game then June we have the fri. sat. sun. camping trip

That's a possibility, I'll put it up.

Is finding space elsewhere on campus still an option? Thing is, my wife wants to go to the con, and I'm her ride.

Our place could work. Reasponably spacey. Also we have a fire pit in the yard, the yard is small but functional. There has to be some ritual that needs a fire haha

Okay! We're running Sunday after Con. However, it occurs to me that I don't know anybody associated with UBCon anymore... awkward. Anybody able to reach out and make sure we're cool to run?

I won't be there very long since I work in the morning. What time would be start?

I'd like to start at 2, but UBCon doesn't end till five. Unless we have an arrangement with them, I'll have to start late. Sooooo, if anybody knows UBCon folks.

Honestly I havent even paid attention to who is in the Officer Corp this year and the Con seems more Animae than Roleplaying as well. I still intend to go and We can try to talk to someone on campus next Saturday.

I could poke one of the officers on facebook...or people could poke them on campus. No clue if there is a con meeting this weekend.
