Character Creation Rules

Would anyone be able to share the character creation rules with me?

By the book plus twenty XP. Rank, honor, or renown cannot be bought at creation. No influences above two.
If you think your sheet is broken, youre probably just going to make us house rule it, be sane for now.

Must answer the following on your sheet, as well as the usual.info:
How old are you?
Do you have a job, if now, why are you not a hobo?
Are you married, do you have kids? If not, what does your family look like.

I'm highly encouraging pcs to be blood relations to each other.
