Laptop Empty Laptop

So I mentioned this to some poeople before, but I forgot who said they might be able to help.  As I have tried, and failed, to System Restore my laptop, I need to Reformat it.  However, the laptop does not have a CD drive and I no longer have my Windows CD.  I'll be at UB Saturday for Falling Waters.  Anyone who can help me out, I would appreciate it.
