June Camping Trip/ Food

Ok....
So we now have Cabins do we want to throw money into a Pot and plan a couple of Large Meals say Breakfast Saturday Morning, and Dinner Saturday night, that would Leave Lunch Saturday and Breakfast Sunday to your own devices.
We might even Do Dinner Friday as well ...
I know Mary [Lillian Mercy] did a silly thing and volunteered to help with the cooking but the only way to make this work is if the cooking staff gets enough volunteers to help with prep work known as Spuds Detail for a reason expect to be peeling Potatoes and other Vegtables. And Pots and Pans detail paper plates we can burn is a great way to speed this up.
But over all we would need to start planning menu's and doing price runs.
My Idea would be stuff I can cook in my Roaster Oven or my Brand New 9 Quart Dutch Oven. Stews, Casseroles, and such maybe even a pot roast.
