Merits and Flaws

Merits and Flaws will go by Laws of the Wild, Revised, except as follows:

Lucky (3-Point Merit) - Lucky will give you a retest once per session.

Puppy Face (2-Point Custom Merit, for Falling Waters) - For whatever reason, your lupus form just isn't very threatening, and lacks the primal ferocity seen in other Garou. No doubt your character suffers, depending on tribe, ranging from being the butt of much ridicule ("Aww...isn't he so cute!") to outright shunning and being treated as flawed or inferior. However around humans you are less offensive and can pass as a dog, albeit a very big and likely half-wolf breed. This works much like the Fair Glabro merit, where typical humans will be none the wiser, but Garou and mortals who know what they're looking for will see right through it.
