Healing and Battle Scars
There are two forms of Rage Healing:
Rage Healing: When a garou is knocked BELOW Incapacitated they can attempt to Rage Heal. Doing this requires expending One (1) Rage Trait and a successful Rage Challenge. If successful the Garou heals their Incap and all of their Wounded Health Levels. Rage Healing AUTOMATICALLY earns you a Battle Scar which effects you immediately. Finally, the character must then test for frenzy (having succeeded in their Rage Challenge).
Rage Healing may only be done ONCE per scene.
Rage Regeneration: a.k.a. Incap Healing; When at Incap, and ONLY when at incap, the garou has the option to spend One (1) Rage Trait and succeed in a Rage Challenge (Difficulty 8, always). If they succeed they heal their Incapacitated Health Level as well as ONE Wounded Level (total of 2 boxes). This does not automatically cause a Battle Scar (though whatever hit you that hard may have done so anyway). However this DOES automatically cause Berserk Frenzy (you skip the frenzy test AND the wyrm frenzy check). However, you may spend a Willpower as normal to stop the Frenzy (although losing all your actions in a situation that knocked you to Incapacitated may not be the best idea).
Incap Healing may only be done ONCE per scene.
You may both Rage Heal and Incap Heal in the same scene, but each only once.
Otherwise, all healing and Regeneration follows Laws of the Wild, revised.
Battle Scars will be assigned by STs at the moment of Rage Healing. While a degree of randomization may occur, they will always be related to the injuries taken so far during the fight.
