 I'd like to take a moment to award 10 FW Achievo points to Alan O'Riley for actually pausing when told TO JUMP OFF THE FALLS BY A COMPLETE STRANGER.

I hesitated for a bit before jumping. It's clearly spelled out in the descriptive text. I even threatened people to ensure they were being honest.

Actually, as per Croatan Song, the exit to the Caern is from a small umbral cavern entrance at the base of the Falls.  You could theoretically enter that way too, but that's a lot of climbing.

...and then the Maid realized that the last three years had all been a dream, as her returning Garou had all, tragically, assumed that they got OUT of the caern the same way they got in and been dashed to pieces against the rocks at the base of the Falls.

So can a Garou take the "Can't Cross Running Water" flaw and if so, is it secretly a 7 point flaw renamed "How do you plan on getting in the Caern?!?!"

Does Cannot Cross Running Water Prevent your from going under running water... if it doesnt you can get in if not you cannot enter the Caern same for any Vampires with that flaw.

You can't go under it either.  Crossing Running Water counts above or below.

So the Question is how litteral is the Flaw... can you be carried accross running water, does a bridge count or can you board and Airplane and fly accross Oceans and or Rivers.    So Does Flying Count...   because unless there is exceptions any Vampire is likely to be stuck withing 10 or 20 miles of the place he was embraced for etternity....

Because the Gulf Stream is flowing Water so it the Tide.... I guess North Africa would be the place to be lots of desert no rivers.

I remember reading in Laws of the Night that there was a 50ft limit to the flaw.  If you can get 50 over the water you can cross.  The same should be true below water.  

The problem with Caern is that the water flows around in cracks of the rock of the Falls.  So, dragging a vamp with this flaw means that it is trapped and is limited what is within arms reach.

Another issue, is it a psychological flaw or a mystical flaw? If it's psychological, then as long as the vampire doesn't know he's crossing water everything is fine. Plus the vampire can be brought across water unwillingly.

Supernatural flaw.  It was describe by last ST staff of FQ that forcible crossing cause Rorshrek (I butchered that spelling), but the 50 foot rules with FQ changed depending on the administration.  Last one didn't have it, so I needed to buy it off on a character so I didn't fly into a fear frenzxy crossing the Peace Bridge.

Not only the Peace Bridge but you cannot drive along the I-90 as it crosses the Buffalo River, you cant go to Grand Island or east or west past the Dozens of small creeks that run in thru Erie County....

Depending on the Literal Translation of this Supernatural Flaw You couldnt cross the Gulf Stream or any of the Other Large Ocean Currents.   Heck does a stretch garden Hose with the water turned on count..... Time to wrap you in one:suspect:  

Honestly I dont think this is a seven point flaw and without the 50' limit airplane travel as Wishbone/Ben pointed out would be impossible I dont even want to count the number of streams/rivers a plane goes over flying from NYC to LA...
